Rosario Stobbs Inter-Country Coordinator

Rosario is a native of Lima, Peru. Prior to marrying John and moving to the United States, Rosario worked in Human Resources at CIP, which is a member of the Alliance of the 15 Centers of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research, where she gained extensive knowledge in dealing with individuals from all over the world. As Inter-Country Coordinator Rosario ensures that the adoption process in Guatemala runs smoothly. Rosario prepares all of the immigration forms and the dossier documents.
