John D. Stobbs, II Attorney at Law

John is a native of Alton, Illinois where he has lived his entire life but for five years when he lived and worked in Madrid, Spain. John has been an attorney since 1989 and his duties at International Adoptions, Ltd., include overseeing the actual legal process involved in the adoption process. Due to working at a law firm in Madrid, Spain, John understands international law which enables him to troubleshoot any legal problems that might arise in Guatemala during the adoption process. John also will handle the re-adoption procedure of the child in Illinois.
